Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags must be intact and attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support at contact@luxparis.store with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: We offer free returns. Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the item(s), ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
- Ship the Item Back: Attach the return label and send the package back to us.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your return within 7 business days.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@luxparis.store with your order number and photos of the item. We will assist with a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping for defective items is free of charge.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still return the item after receiving it.
